Selayang sits at the north-western edge of Selangor, just past the KL boundary. Most residential homes in Malaysia are Pusat Jagaan registered with the Welfare Department (JKM) under the Care Centres Act 1993 (Act 506). Homes offering clinical, doctor-led care may instead be licensed by the Ministry of Health under Act 586. Before you commit: ask to see the current registration certificate, confirm it names this exact address, and check the expiry date.
