Nilai sits between Seremban and Kuala Lumpur, just south of the Sepang corridor and west of KLIA. It's a fast-growing satellite town anchored by Nilai University and the Bandar Baru Nilai industrial-residential mix. Most residential homes in Malaysia are Pusat Jagaan registered with the Welfare Department (JKM) under the Care Centres Act 1993 (Act 506). Homes offering clinical, doctor-led care may instead be licensed by the Ministry of Health under Act 586. Before you commit: ask to see the current registration certificate, confirm it names this exact address, and check the expiry date.
