Reasonable questions on a visit: how many beds are in each room at the price you are being quoted, what the night-shift nurse number is, whether the doctor sees residents on a fixed schedule, and what the policy is when a resident's needs escalate (oxygen, PEG feeding, dementia wandering). Ask to see the JKM and MOH certificates.
